QUALIFICATIONS:

Wayne holds three of Canada’s most respected real estate designations, each awarded by the Real Estate Institute of Canada in recognition of advanced education, industry leadership, and ethical excellence.

• FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute) Earned through the successful completion of an advanced real estate program at St. Mary’s University, the FRI designation is Canada’s oldest and most prestigious real estate credential. It is awarded to fewer than 10% of professionals in the field, recognizing a high standard of commitment, expertise, and integrity.

• CRES (Certified Real Estate Specialist) This designation is granted to real estate professionals who consistently demonstrate superior service, in-depth industry knowledge, and ongoing dedication to education and ethical conduct. CRES holders are known for their insight, credibility, and expert guidance.

• CMR (Certified in the Marketing of Real Estate) Awarded to professionals with proven experience, training, and a strong ethical foundation, the CMR designation highlights expertise in marketing residential properties with effectiveness and professionalism.

About Celeste

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Fully Licensed Agent since March, 1997, after successfully completing the real estate licensing program offered by the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® and the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission.

• Various courses in Customer Service and Marketing; plus yearly post licensing courses offered by the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS®.

• "Automated Office" course through Nova Scotia Community College, Kingstec; office administration with computer training.

EXPERIENCE: Celeste has been actively involved in real estate since 1997, first as a licensed assistant, and since January 1998 as a full-time agent. Celeste brings a refreshing and friendly spirit to the business. Besides real estate she has years of experience dealing with the public in retail sales.
