In an effort to serve you during this unusual time, it’s becomes necessary, as your agent, to do things a bit differently. Therefore, we ask for your direct input and feedback during this time.

Doing an accurate evaluation of your property can be a challenge during these times; however, it’s not impossible with your help. I have done hundreds of evaluations over the years with a 3-5% +/- accuracy. Under the current circumstances , the accuracy may be slightly less, but it still should be within 10% +/-. There is an abundance of good market sales data available; many mortgage appraisers have been doing drive-by appraisals for years. 

I’ll do the following (unless I already have this information from other sources):

  • Measure the outside of your house and

  • Take outside photos, front, sides, and back.  

Below are a few things you can to do to help:

If you have a Smart Phone, you could take interior photos and forward them to me: your kitchen, living room, baths, and any major finished basement areas. We would not need photos of bedrooms unless there is something unusual about them that you want to include. Email to wayne.sanford@gmail.com
